LST was appointed by Associated British Ports to provide the internal strip-out & refurbishment of the 1st floor at West Bay House. The works included M&E modifications, new metal stud partition walls, fire stopping, new suspended ceilings, floor finishes and decorations.

Access to the building was at the front entrance on the south side of the building which housed a wide staircase to the first floor. No works were undertaken on the ground floor and the building occupiers were located to temporary accommodation during the construction period.
