LST completed this multi-million-pound refurbishment in just 27 weeks.

The design-and-build project transformed the Stour Centre in Ashford providing new and modernised spaces to boost participation and improve the health and wellbeing of local residents.

The existing building was completely refurbished providing a new soft play area as well as pool features to appeal to younger children. LST also installed new curtain walling and external windows and doors. In addition, the reception area was improved with new turnstiles and a revamped café area.

A newly extended gym offers a variety of facilities including rooms for spin classes, circuit training and aerobics.

The scope of works also saw LST replace the existing M&E services, including distribution boards and air conditioning units.
