On Thursday, 2nd January, the LST Projects team came together at Southampton Football Club Stadium for our annual Strategy Day. It was a chance to reflect on 2024, looking back at what we achieved, what we could improve, and where we’re heading. The day gave us time to connect, share ideas, and set meaningful goals for 2025.

This year’s Strategy Day was particularly special, as we are celebrating 130 years of LST Projects. Reaching this incredible milestone is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and innovation of everyone who has contributed to our journey. It’s a moment of pride for all of us and a reminder of the strong foundations we continue to build upon.

We were also fortunate to have Francis Benali MBE join us as a keynote speaker. Hearing about his experiences, including the incredible endurance challenges he’s undertaken for charity, was both humbling and inspiring. His perspective on resilience and pushing through challenges really resonated with us and gave us plenty to think about as we head into the year.

‍Looking Ahead to 2025

This year, we’re focused on strengthening our relationships with clients and contractors while embracing new opportunities. We’re excited to see some of the projects we’ve tendered for come to fruition and to begin work on several new projects already starting this year. These developments mark an exciting time for the team as we continue to grow and deliver meaningful results. Every member of our team takes pride in their role, and together we’re committed to achieving our ambitious goals for 2025.
