This site was formerly a selection of farm buildings but was redeveloped by Ruby Ocean Trading into a secure storage facility with ancillary office space.

The project involved the construction of a large workshop connected to the existing building by a bespoke frameless glazed walkway. LST’s scope of works also included the installation of extensive external cladding and a steel portal frame with a steep pitch to reflect the appearance of a traditional farm barn.

We installed specialist pumping equipment and new drainage to overcome the high-water table, and a new temporary access road to ensure access was maintained at all times.

Throughout the build process, security was a priority as the wider site was also home to a valuable car collection, requiring the installation of additional security gates and lighting.
