Meticulous planning, temporary partitions and relocation of the helpdesk were critical to the success of this scheme, along with daily liaison between our site manager the client’s estates team, out of hours working and scheduling of major works during the Christmas shut down. Our approach enabled us to complete the refurbishment with minimal disruption to the public, staff or council services.
