This project comprised of minor demolition followed by the total re-fit of an existing open-plan office to form a new marina facility.

The facility incorporates a reception area, manager’s office, mess room, male, female and disabled showers and toilets, laundry and small boiler room. A significant part of the project comprised of high-quality finishes and an extensive mechanical and electrical installation.
