Mark Easton and Justin Horton join us as Site Managers, and Lee Mullen has been appointed as a Senior Estimator. The new team members will be responsible for both our refurbishment and new-build projects across the southern region ranging from £100,000 to £6M. These include the works at Princess Anne Hospital – replacement Ventilation Early Works, and the Oaklands School internal refurbishment project.
Mark has been working as a construction manager for more than 12 years and has vast experience of overseeing large-scale residential and commercial construction projects.
Having spent 25 years working in construction, including running his own business, Justin brings a broad range of skills and knowledge to the LST team, which will be instrumental in the management of our current projects.
As a trained quantity surveyor with 18 years of experience, Lee was formerly a director at Alcadi, a building services and surveying firm. His expertise has seen him lead commercial departments for property developers and contractors.
