Sean Campbell has been appointed Contracts Manager, Anna Richardson joins as Office Manager, and Simone Whyte is LST’s new Finance Assistant.
A carpenter and joiner by trade, Sean has more than 30 years’ experience of the construction industry. He began working as a contracts manager 10 years ago and will be using his expertise to help LST deliver tenders and commercial bids. He will also be responsible for producing construction programmes, overseeing budgets, attending site meetings, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Speaking about his appointment, Sean said: “I was attracted to LST because of its strong reputation, vision and values. As a family business, it provides an approachable environment and open culture which benefits both employees and our clients. I look forward to contributing to LST’s continued success.”
With 15 years office management experience, Anna will be the person LST staff turn to for support across a range of areas. She said: “LST is a well-established company with a real family feel and I’m looking forward to playing a role in helping the business to keep running smoothly.”
Simone has been working in finance since 2016 and will be helping the team with various tasks, including processing invoices. Commenting on her new role, she said: “I’m really excited to be working for LST. I was made to feel welcome and at ease from the interview stage and I know I’ll be supported every step of the way. There are fantastic benefits that come with working at LST and I’m really pleased to be here.”
Within the last six months, LST has appointed a total of eight new people, including a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, two Site Managers and an Assistant Estimator. Each is helping LST to deliver refurbishment and new build projects across the education and healthcare sectors as well as schemes that will provide new facilities for local communities, including office space.
