What attracted you to a career in construction?
I’ve always found the industry fascinating. Seeing people work together, and use their expertise, to develop innovative solutions for the built environment is really exciting. To see clients delighted at the completion of their projects is the icing on the cake and I was keen to be part of that.
What are your main responsibilities as an estimating director?
My main responsibility is to build meaningful relationships with our clients to help secure and negotiate new contracts. I also work closely with our partners and supply chain to ensure we provide a friendly, professional and high-quality service.
What do you like most about your job?
I love working with people and the excitement of securing more work for the company.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date at LST?
I’ve worked for LST for 14 years and would say that I’m most proud of the atmosphere that I’ve helped to build in the office. I strive to make it as friendly as possible to inspire confidence and empower people to work at their best.
What do you like doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I can usually be found exploring the English countryside, writing, or taking part in combat sports. I also fundraise for the charity I co-founded - www.camerooncatalyst.org - to build infrastructure projects for community resilience and to encourage sustainable development in remote villages across Cameroon.
Can you tell us something most people won’t know about you?
I’m a tribal chief in a small kingdom in Eastern Cameroon.
