LST Projects was appointed to deliver the full refurbishment and conversion of a former commercial premises into a high-spec retail car dealership.

Working in close collaboration with BTH Architects, the project included the demolition and strip-out of existing structures, followed by a significant extension to increase floor area and improve functionality.

The building received new roofing and cladding to provide a modern, brand-aligned exterior.

Internally, we completed a full fit-out to create a polished showroom and customer-focused sales environment. Externally, works were carried out to enhance access and deliver a clean, practical forecourt.

Delivered on time and within budget, this £1.2 million scheme highlights our capability in managing complex refurbishment projects in the retail automotive sector
