Developed in collaboration with our staff, Safety in Focus is an initiative that demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving health and safety across our sites. It outlines our company-wide approach to managing health and safety while actively engaging staff, subcontractors, partners, and customers in our mission.

Our sites are overseen by our full-time, Health, Safety & Compliance Manager, supported by external Health & Safety Advisors, in line with our Health and Safety Policy. Site inspections are further reinforced by visits from inspectors under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Our Health and Safety Policy includes procedures for training, awareness, and competence for all employees. We ensure that all staff receive appropriate training and awareness based on their role, the nature of their work, and their health and safety responsibilities.
