This project involved the overlay and insulation to the main room and tunnel roof. LST replaced the cladding to the parapet and to the elevation of the plant room, along with the removal of asbestos cement panels at low level to the plant room.

We overlayed the main room, plant room and wind tunnel roofs with a new 2 layer felt system, including additional rain water outlets, along with a new edge protection system.

A number of the roof lights were removed with some being infilled and the rest replaced with new triple glazed polycarbonate units.

The external doors to the plant room were replaced with steel door sets.

The internal compartment walls and door sets were upgraded to improve fire resistance.
