This project comprised of four phases. The first phase was to convert an office and store cupboard into a seminar room. The second was to convert what was the seminar room and office into temporary PFT bays. The third was to create PFT bays 1 & 2, and the fourth and final phase was to convert the existing Sputum Lab into offices.

The PFT unit was provided with full mechanical air handling from a new AHU which was mounted on the roof by crane.
