LST Projects created a new cardiac investigation suite and plaster rooms at Salisbury District Hospital.
The 26-week project was delivered in two phases. The first saw LST alter and refurbish existing accommodation within the hospital to deliver the new cardiac suite. After stripping the 440sq m space, LST installed partitioning, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, doors, sanitary ware and a reception desk. The team was also responsible for overhauling mechanical and electrical(M&E) services, including renewing the air conditioning and ventilation systems.
The second phase of works created several new plaster rooms. Existing partitions and doors were removed prior to installing new suspended ceilings, a nurse station, floor finishes, associated M&E services, fixtures and fittings.
The site consisted of two separate areas both on level three, with the cardiac suite in sector 13 and the plaster suite forming part of the Orthopaedic Outpatients Department in sector three of the main hospital.
