This refurbishment project involved remodelling of a logistics area, requiring removal of two existing mezzanine floors and demolition of a non-loadbearing block work wall, followed by the installation of two new mezzanine floors to provide increased headroom.
The scheme also included provision of a new welfare room and relocation of a secure store and mobile shelving along with all associated mechanical and electrical works.
