LST Projects was appointed to carry out the sensitive refurbishment of a Grade II listed, three-storey warehouse located in the heart of Salisbury. The project involved transforming the historic structure into modern, high-quality office accommodation, while respecting and preserving its architectural significance.

Key works included the installation of new slate roof coverings and the replacement of windows with sympathetic aluminium units, carefully selected to complement the original façade. Internally, the conversion was handled in a pragmatic and understated way, adapting the building for contemporary use without compromising its historic character.

The scheme was recognised with a commendation from the Salisbury Civic Society Conservation Awards, with judges noting that while the interiors were sensibly adapted, it was the considered improvements to the exterior that had significantly enhanced this part of the city’s historic centre.

The client praised LST Projects as “a competent contractor with real integrity and willingness to work as a team committed to delivering the project,” reflecting our collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality in conservation-led developments.
