This project was a design and build refurbishment of Buildings R1 and R3 on Henley’s Rotherfield Campus.

The refurbishment included the existing Learning Resource Centre within the R3 building along with three classrooms and a corridor space. The works within the R1 comprised the refurbishment of classrooms, staff rooms, corridors and female toilets. This primarily included new paint finishes to walls, ceilings and associated woodwork and replacing floor finishes.
