LST Projects built a new two-storey building for Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists (SCVS) in Forest Corner Farm.

Externally, the new structure was constructed with face brickwork, insulated cladding panels, timber featheredge cladding and a slate roof. The space has added a new reception and waiting area, multiple consulting and treatment rooms, plus a dedicated area for SCVS’s 200 staff.

We also adapted and extended a neighbouring unit with new gable ends, windows and doors, complemented by hard and soft landscaping.

After completing the new buildings, we also delivered the internal fit out to both properties including the installation of mechanical and electrical services, new ceilings, doors, floor coverings and decoration throughout.
