This project was a design and buildrefurbishment of Buildings A (Digital Suite), C (Fashion Suite) and D Buildingat Fareham College.

The works included but was not limited to:

• Removal of non-structural walls.
• Remodelling of some room layouts.
• Removal and replacement of extraction and ventilation systems.
• Upgrading alarm systems.
• Construction of new studwork walling including new doorways and openings.
• Temporary services.
• Removal and replacement of suspended. ceilings and lighting layout.
• Redecorations and new floor coverings.
• Minor external paving and tidying up
