A comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of the Wotton House building was carried out, covering a wide range of significant works to both the structure and the surrounding areas.

The scope included the safe removal of asbestos, demolition and structural alterations to the existing building envelope and roof, along with various essential repairs and remedial works.

Internally, the project comprised the installation of new flooring throughout, the addition of a lift, and the complete replacement and upgrade of all mechanical and electrical systems.

Fire-stopping measures were implemented in accordance with current regulations at the time, and extensive joinery and bespoke carpentry were undertaken.

The works also included new staircases, modernised bathroom facilities, and fully renovated kitchens.

Window repairs and replacements were carried out as needed, followed by full redecoration and the application of high-quality floor finishes.

Externally, the works involved extensions to the building’s envelope, extensive remodelling, and a range of improvements to the landscape, including hard and soft landscaping, planting, and general enhancements.

The existing sports court was also refurbished, with a new roof and associated repair works completed as part of the overall programme.
