This is the first design and build refurbishment we have completed for Arun District Council’s Leisure Centre. The refurb involved the reception area, entrance hall, changing rooms and communal areas at the leisure centre. The centre was operational during the refurbishment and we had to provide 24 hour site management and security to the premises to ensure works could be carried out according to the programme, whilst providing safe access for the customers using the facilities.

An additional bespoke Costa coffee counter was installed in the centre of the entrance area and security turnstiles in reception. The project lasted 8 months and they have subsequently asked us back to work on another part of the building which will be opening in the new year.
