The main works to this building reinstated areas damaged by a fire within the ground floor entrance hallway. While damage to the structure itself was not extensive, the works included significant redecoration works to the ground floor of the building, including the fire alarm, which were damaged beyond reuse.
The works also included the renewal of fittings within the cleaning room adjacent to the entrance hallway and reinstating the same type of materials previously used with limited alterations to aid the building’s current and expected future use.
